Maple Plan is a national, independent, NDIS registered Plan Manager who provides expert plan management services and an easy way to manage your NDIS funding. By managing your claims and paying invoices from service providers, you’ll have more time to focus on what matters, and at no cost to participants or providers.

I enjoy working for Maple Plan, where I can make it easier for people who have difficulties understanding the intricacies of the NDIS. It is a very rewarding role.

NDIS payments made easy.

With an NDIS plan in place, you can easily register with us online or over the phone to start accessing your NDIS funding and supports.

Once that’s done, you can sort out your payments in 5 easy steps.

Submit invoice

Whether you’re a Participant or Provider, simply submit your invoice through our Gateway or email them to claims@mapleplan.com.au.

Authorise

If you have a Standing Authority, we will pay right away. Alternatively, we will seek your permission to pay the invoice via email or our Gateway.

Submit claim

We will claim the invoice in the NDIS MyPlace Portal on your behalf.

Funds Received and Paid

If the claim is successful, we’ll pay the invoice.

Confirmation

We’ll let you and your provider know we’ve paid the invoice.
